iMATERIALISE

We go to iMaterialise when we are in need of some raw and new creative materials to showcase our 3d printed parts.

iMaterialise Materials

  • Metals

  • Models made in Steel are printed in steel powder that is infused with bronze. Steel is the cheapest form of metal printing, very strong and suitable for very large objects.

  • Titanium

  • Models made in Titanium are printed in titanium powder that is sintered together by a laser to produce end-use metal parts that are as equally good as machined models.

  • Wood

  • Models in Wood are constructed from a brown, very fine, granular powder made from wood chips. The surface has a sandy, granular look, and is slightly porous. The strength of models printed in Wood is lower compared with other 3D printed materials; therefore, thicker walls are recommended.

  • Multi-Color

  • Models made out of multicolor are constructed from a fine granular powder. Multicolor is the only material that offers full color models at a good price. We recommend this material for demo models exclusively. The surface has a sandy, granular look.

About Us

We are a small group of 3D printing and 3D scanning enthusiasts that are keen on making 3D printing and 3D scanning better for everybody in one shape or another! With that in mind we like to reimagine things by looking at them from different points of view that no one has thought of before.

We all have it in use to reimagine and to create some amazing things but you never know what you might be able to create if you REIMAGINE
